Gourmet Restaurateurs Fabio and Lidia have outdone themselves with their new restaurant in San Gimignano San Martino 26 – San Martino Venti-Sei. The new restaurant shares the name of the address, San Martino 26 San Gimignano, Tuscany Italy. The menu is a contemporary twist on Tuscan Cuisine, perfect when you are turned off by the typical Tuscan menu. Fabio says his inspiration for the menu was “Passion for the Palate.” Every plate is specifically created to arouse a new sense of edible enjoyment. The ingredients are prodotti artigianale direct from the Tuscan Contadino, farm-to-table, the freshest elements direct from the farmer to your plate!
The new restaurant in San Gimignano features an intimate dining room with beige travertine floors, antique-Tuscan stone and brick walls and violet accent walls. Elegant Crystal chandeliers create a mood of amorous luxury. The new restaurant in San Gimignano also features two very unique private dining rooms located underground in the cellar walls for your private events.
The formal Restaurant Opening was long-awaited, a fifteen years in the making. Before anyone gained entry into the new restaurant, the Priest blessed the building with prayers and holy water. An eager and over-joyed Lidia had the honor of being the official ribbon-cutter. By her side were her two daughters Emma & Elisa, both of whom take responsibilities in the San Gimignano restaurant. In attendance was the Mayor or Sindaco of San Gimignano, the chief of police, the head-master of the San Gimignano School System and a few select others.

This is the second restaurant for Fabio who is an award-winning Italian Chef as well as a certified sommelier. His first restaurant, Ristorante Perucà is one of the top ten restaurants in San Gimignano according to TripAdvisor. He has been delighting tourists and locals alike for over a decade.
